Our president, Glenn Brown, has been in the HVAC industry for roughly 30 years and was introduced to the profession by his father-in-law who owned an HVAC company for more than 25 years. Both of Glenn’s sons are involved in the business, and he’s also busy training his young grandson, Brayden, who you’ll eventually see spending time in the field, as he has aspirations of being an HVAC superhero “just like his pawpaw”!

We believe in cross-training family members so that everyone has a keen understanding of all the processes involved, including being a service technician, account manager, office manager, vice president, and other duties within the company.
